Sometimes I use it with friends; other times I’ll turn on the built-in Bluetooth speaker, play a podcast or some bossa nova, and fully unwind from the day. It feels like a luxury, but it’s surprisingly affordable. If you’re looking for an easy, cost-effective way to get the benefits of infrared sauna at home, I can’t recommend SF Sauna Rental enough.

I love having my own sauna!! It’s always clean and I love not having to pack a bag or walk 20+ minutes to the gym to use one. I love that I can use it then get right into my own shower (again much cleaner and don’t have to haul a bunch of stuff with me) then into comfy clothes for the night. I live with a roommate right now so we both get a ton of use out of it but we’re probably going to move when our lease is up so I also like that I don’t have to deal with the breakdown or have to figure out how to sell it. Super convenient and just a great experience overall!!!
